He brings a strong foundation in sales, maintenance, repair, and overhaul, and is recognized for his strategic leadership, technical expertise, and ability to cultivate long-standing industry relationships. In 1999, Carlos founded Continental Aircraft Support and successfully grew the company over a 27-year period into a highly competitive and respected MRO organization. Under his leadership, the business achieved consistent growth and operational excellence, ultimately culminating in its successful sale to the Crosslake Group in 2023.
