Sean Khosrovani has amassed nearly 40 years of experience in the A&D Sector. Formerly, Sean was the Senior Vice President of Albany Engineered Composites, a publicly traded aerospace company. Sean’s experience includes roles at Cadence Aerospace, Arconic, Howmet (formerly Alcoa), RBC Bearings, and BE Aerospace (currently Collins Aerospace) that range from Engineer to President. Sean is an operations specialist with deep exposure to A&D supply chain including both MRO’s and manufacturing. Sean holds a B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering and an Executive MBA from the University of Southern California.

Carlos is an accomplished aerospace professional with over 44 years of experience in aerospace component services, with expertise spanning both large commercial operators and foreign military clients. He brings a strong foundation in sales, maintenance, repair, and overhaul, and is recognized for his strategic leadership, technical expertise, and ability to cultivate long-standing industry relationships. In 1999, Carlos founded Continental Aircraft Support and successfully grew the company over a 27-year period into a highly competitive and respected MRO organization. Under his leadership, the business achieved consistent growth and operational excellence, ultimately culminating in its successful sale to the Crosslake Group in 2023.

Muhammad brings more than 35 years of leadership experience in aerospace, manufacturing, and operations management. He has held senior roles with Precision Castparts, Safran, Honeywell, and Howmet Aerospace, where he consistently delivered strong results in production, quality, and profitability. His expertise includes: Driving operational excellence and lean manufacturing initiatives, Leading large, diverse teams with a focus on continuous improvement and talent development, Managing full P&L responsibility across multi-million-dollar business lines, Implementing innovative supply chain, production, and cost-reduction strategies.

Ahmad is a senior aerospace executive with 28 years of global leadership experience in aftermarket services, MRO operations, Quality and aviation regulatory compliance. He currently serves as Sr. VP of Quality, Op-Ex and Compliances. Prior to joining Aeromax, he led complex, multi-site operations across North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, for leading industry organizations including Goodrich Aerospace, B/E Aerospace, Collins Aerospace, and Raytheon Technology (RTX). He has served as an FAA/EASA Accountable Manager, with final authority over Safety (SMS), and Quality Management Systems (QMS), and regulatory compliance across the globe. Internationally trained and certified to U.S., European, Chinese, UAE, Singaporean, Japanese, and Philippines CAA standard. He has championed leadership development through corporate mentoring programs and contributed to strategic growth as a member of M&A initiatives. Ahmad has BS in Industrial Engineering from CSULB and MBA from USC.

John brings extensive leadership experience across manufacturing, aviation, transportation, and logistics, with a proven track record of aligning technology with real-world business needs. He is a pragmatic, results-driven IT executive known for solving complex challenges through technology-enabled solutions that drive efficiency, scalability, and measurable impact to the bottom line. John holds a degree from the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University and has held leadership roles with organizations including Safran Seats USA, LLC, Zodiac Aerospace Seats US, Worldwide Flight Services, and Trinity Industries. His background includes deep expertise in ERP systems (SAP), IT operations, infrastructure, analytics, and large-scale transformation initiatives

Quan brings more than 20 years of Aerospace and Defense industry experience, transforming data into strategies that drive measurable growth. He has built and led global analytics, marketing, and Customer teams at industry leaders like Albany Engineered Composites and Howmet Aerospace, where he directed initiatives supporting billion-dollar revenue goals, M&A integration, and market-forecasting excellence. With an MBA from UC Irvine’s Merage School of Business and dual degrees in Mechanical and Integrated Manufacturing Engineering from UCLA, Quan blends technical expertise with strategic insight to accelerate innovation, strengthen customer relationships, and shape our company’s next phase of growth.

Cathi Clanton is an accomplished finance executive with over 30 years of experience in accounting, financial planning and analysis, and operational finance across complex manufacturing and aerospace environments. She currently serves as Controller at Aeromax, where she leads financial operations, strengthens reporting and controls, and partners with executive leadership to drive strategic decision-making and organizational performance. Prior to joining Aeromax, Cathi served as Finance Manager at Albany Engineered Composites, where she supported multi-site operations and played a key role in forecasting, cost modeling, and financial planning initiatives. Known for her collaborative leadership style, analytical expertise, and commitment to continuous improvement, Cathi brings a strong track record of enhancing financial visibility and supporting sustainable growth.

Aimee Valderrama is a seasoned Human Resources executive with over 25 years of experience leading HR strategy, operations, and organizational development across multiple industries. She currently serves as Director of Human Resources, where she partners with executive leadership to drive talent strategy, support business growth, and lead key initiatives including acquisitions, organizational integration, and multi-state compliance. Prior to joining Aeromax, Aimee served as an HR consultant with Ignite HR from 2022 to 2025, advising organizations on full-cycle recruiting, payroll, benefits administration, and HR process development. She spent the majority of her career with Chick-fil-A, where she served as the Director of Human Resources and Business Services, building scalable systems and supporting long-term operational success. Aimee is known for her practical, people-focused approach and her ability to align HR strategy with business objectives.
